Ailments and Herbal Remedies (by Doc Shillington) All remedies are listed in my order of priority so start with the first formula listed. You may use all of the formulae listed at once also if you wish. If you start with just one and after a reasonable period of time you do not get the desired results, try the second and third formula recommendations by adding them to the regimen.
