The reason it's so difficult to find truthful health information is because regulatory agencies have been captured by the very industries they're supposed to regulate, and media is controlled by those same interests as well.

That includes Google, which controls over 95% of the internet searches in the world, colluding with the government and Big Pharma, and removing the vast majority of natural medicine truth tellers from their search results. This has radically limited your access to helpful health information.

If you believe those who collude to keep the truth from you, you'll believe vaccinations are safe and effective for everyone, synthetic food additives are harmless, electromagnetic field radiation (EMF) has no biological impact whatsoever, drugs are the sole treatment option if you're sick, nutrition has no impact on health and disease, unnatural environments are A-OK, pesticides in food are safe and all calories are created equal.

Cholesterol Myth Kept Alive by Statin Advocates?

The 2018 review5 identified significant flaws in three studies "published by statin advocates" attempting "to validate the current dogma." The paper presents substantial evidence that total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels are not an indication of heart disease risk, and that statin treatment is of "doubtful benefit" as a form of primary prevention for this reason. According to the authors:6

"According to the British-Austrian philosopher Karl Popper, a theory in the empirical sciences can never be proven, but it can be shown to be false. If it cannot be falsified, it is not a scientific hypothesis. In the following, we have followed Popper's principle to see whether it is possible to falsify the cholesterol hypothesis.

We have also assessed whether the conclusions from three recent reviews by its supporters are based on an accurate and comprehensive review of the research on lipids and cardiovascular disease (CVD) …

Our search for falsifications of the cholesterol hypothesis confirms that it is unable to satisfy any of the Bradford Hill criteria for causality and that the conclusions of the authors of the three reviews are based on misleading statistics, exclusion of unsuccessful trials and by ignoring numerous contradictory observations."

The study also reports that 'heart attack patients were shown to have lower than normal cholesterol levels of LDL-C' and that older people with higher levels of bad cholesterol tend to live longer than those with lower levels."

Time and again, the World Economic Forum (WEF) and its global collaborators have "predicted" the future with stunning accuracy, sometimes years in advance, and then when the predictions come true they pretend as though they had nothing to do with it.

It's worth remembering, then, that WEF founder Klaus Schwab, during the May 2022 meeting in Davos, clearly stated that the future doesn't just happen, it is "BUILT — by us," referring to himself and the other attendees in the room. So, make no mistake, they truly believe they have the right to decide the fate of the world, and that you and I have no say in the matter.

That fate was in June 2020 formally announced under the banner of "The Great Reset," by Schwab himself (https://www.weforum.org/great-reset).1 This "build back better" scheme involves the complete reorganization and restructuring of all parts of society, including finance, industry, education, "social contracts," the energy sector and the food system.

As far as the food system is concerned, the WEF envisions a food system that doesn't include animal foods or require a large land footprint. In fact, for several years now, the WEF has promoted the idea that we should get used to eating bugs2,3,4 and drinking reclaimed sewage. The decision of the Dutch government to impose nitrogen pollution restrictions on farmers is but one example of this. This "green" policy will cut livestock production in the country by 30% in the next year, put farmers out of business, and force them to sell their land.

Since The Netherlands is the largest meat exporter in the European Union,1 it will also result in meat shortages around the world. According to Dutch Parliament member Thierry Baudet,2 this "green" policy is really a thinly veiled excuse for a land grab

There's absolutely no shortage of studies14,15,16,17,18,19 showing that diets high in processed foods lead to poor health and depression, and the more processed your diet is, the worse your health and the greater your risk of obesity and chronic diseases that shave years, if not decades, off your life span.

In my references, I've included several studies published in 2020, 2021 and 2022, but similar findings have been published for decades. Remember, in most processed foods seeds oils are the highest percentage of calories.

Acknowledging that saturated animal fats are healthy, and that processed industrial seed oils and processed grains are not, would decimate the processed food industry, as it relies on cheap seed oils and grains. The healthy alternative is real food, and there's no big industry profits to be made from that.

The same goes for unprocessed animal foods in general. They can't be patented, and just about anyone with enough land can raise their own food and become partially, if not fully, independent of major food conglomerates.

Building   Community 

The following points have been gleaned over the last several decades, from my travels, my research and from studying the works of others. 

The list is far from complete and I encourage all of you to add your own ideas to the pot to help improve on it. 

1.    "You must be the CHANGE you wish to see in the World". – Mahatma Gandhi  And exactly what is Mr. Gandhi talking about here???  He's telling one and all that they must take Responsibility for themselves AND all of the rest of the World. 

2.    "Do!  Or do not!  There is no try!".  This is a great quote from Star War's Yoda.  Basically, "Git 'er Done" and no excuses. :-)

3.    Get to know your Neighbors.  If any kind of upheaval should occur, you'll have to rely on them, and they on you. 

4.    Stop watching the News and turn off your TV.  You don't eat garbage, why allow it into your mind? 

5.    Greet People you meet as you're walking about.  Say "Hello" and make a Friend. 

6.    Plant a Garden.  You'll find Kids love to do this, even big Kids :-) Besides, homegrown food is very healthy. 

7.    Visit your Public Library often.  When the TV is off, read more. 

8.    Play Games with your Family.  Those who do, have a great deal of fun. 

9.    Buy from Local Merchants and Local Farmers.  This way you get to truly know about the food you're eating, and supporting local merchants helps keep the community together.  Stay away from "Made in China", WalMart and other Multinational Conglomerates when you can. 

10.    Share your Knowledge. 

11.    Support Home Schooling. 

12.    Pick up Trash you see lying around. 

13.    Organize Pot Lucks and invite all of your Neighbors to it including the grumpy old Curmudgeon who lives down the street. 

14.    Honor your Elders. 

15.    Help Children. 

16.    Read stories out loud. 

17.    Go Dancing.  Start a Street Dance. 

18.    Do some Bird Watching and enjoy the songs they sing. 

19.    Put up a Swing, even if it's an old Rubber Tire hanging from a rope. 

20.    Hold open a Door for someone carrying a big, heavy load. 

21.    Barter.  Cash may be King, but Barter is Smarter. 

22.    Start a Tradition such as planting a Food bearing Tree every time a Child is born. 

23.    Ask Questions. 

24.    Hire young people for odd jobs.

25.    Cook and Bake extra so you can share. 

26.    If you need help, ask for it. 

27.    Sing as if no one is listening.  Join a Choir or a local Glee Club. 

28.    Teach a Child something.

29.    Before you react in anger, take a moment to listen and consider what you really wish to communicate. 

30.    Help settle an Argument or a Conflict. 

31.    Do your best to understand others, even if you don't speak the language. 

Realize that even though that foreigner you just met doesn't understand your language, he is still doing his best to Survive, just as you are. 

His children love, feel, and hurt just as yours do. 

32.    Talk to Strangers.

33.    Learn about other Cultures through their Art, and Poetry.  Get a Pen Pal from another Country. 

34.    Act Locally.  Think Globally.

35.    Read the United Nations' Universal Declaration of Human Rights.  Then pass it around to all of your friends. 

36.    Realize that all men have Dreams just as you do. 

37.    Forward Truth wherever you find it.

Radishes may not be the most popular vegetable in your garden, but they are one of the healthiest. These undervalued root vegetables are packed with nutrients.Radishes have been used as a folk remedy for centuries in Ayurveda & Chinese Medicine to treat many conditions: fever, sore throat, bile disorders, & inflammation. Radishes contain small amounts of:

potassium
folate
riboflavin
niacin
vitamin B-6
vitamin K
calcium
magnesium
zinc

Radishes are a good source of vitamin C - 1/2 cup offers about 14% of your recommended daily allowance. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps battle free radicals in your body & helps prevent cell damage caused by aging, an unhealthy lifestyle, & environmental toxins, and also plays a key role in collagen production, which supports healthy skin & blood vessels.

1. Weight loss
A 1/2-cup serving of sliced radishes contains about 12 calories & virtually no fat. They are the perfect crunchy snack when the munchies strike.

2. Anticancer
Cruciferous vegetables like radishes contain compounds that are broken down into isothiocyanates when combined with water. Isothiocyanates help purge the body of cancer-causing substances & prevent tumor development. A 2010 study found that radish root extract contained several types of isothiocyanates that caused cell death in some cancer cell lines.

3. digestive system
A 1/2-cup serving of radishes gives 1 gram of fiber. Eating a couple of servings each day helps reach your daily fiber intake goal. Fiber helps prevent constipation by bulking up your stool to help waste move through your intestines. Fiber also may help you manage blood sugar levels, and is linked to weight loss & lower cholesterol. Radish leaves may be especially beneficial. Results of a 2008 study on rats fed a high-cholesterol diet suggest that radish leaves are a good source of fiber to help improve digestive function. This may be partially due to increased bile production.

A separate study showed that radish juice may help prevent gastric ulcers by protecting gastric tissue & strengthening the mucosal barrier, which helps protect your stomach & intestines against unfriendly microorganisms & damaging toxins that may cause ulcers & inflammation.

4. Natural Antifungal
Radishes contain the antifungal protein RsAFP2. One study found RsAFP2 caused cell death in Candida albicans, a common fungus normally found in humans - may cause vaginal yeast infections, oral yeast infections (thrush), & invasive candidiasis.

Radish bulbs, also called globes, come in many shapes & colors. The most popular radish variety in the US is bright red resembling a Ping-Pong ball with a small tail. Other varieties are white, purple, or black.

Most radishes have a peppery taste, although some may be sweet. Lighter-colored varieties like the white, winter daikon radish are milder.

Part of a controversial, granite roadside attraction in northeast Georgia is in pieces on the ground, and authorities say it appears to have been caused by a bomb.

The Guidestones, which were erected in 1980, have a 10-part message written on them in eight languages. One part of the message calls for a depopulation of the world to just 500 million or below.

Georgia Bureau of Investigation is on the scene, and have indicated that the explosion was heard at approximately 4 a.m., and the monument was “significantly damaged.” They also noted the monument had been vandalized in the past.
