Court Filings Reveal More Government Lies About Censorship, Seek Deeper Investigation
"Never before in this country's history has a government censorship regime coordinated at the highest levels been exposed through litigation."
Joy Pullman over at The Federalist has written an excellent piece on recent developments in our free speech case and another related case, describing what these reveal about government censorship. The article opens:
Government pressure on national communications monopolies to mute Americans' critiques of government began in Barack Obama's presidency and continues today, say court documents filed Dec. 23.
Federal documents uncovered by separate litigation on Dec. 19 also show censorship of public discussion about prudent Covid policies began at least by February 18, 2020, a month before unprecedented citizen lockdowns. That contradicts Department of Homeland Security claims its censorship efforts began months later.
These documents also highlight that government employees deliberately violated transparency laws such as the Freedom of Information Act to hide their use of public offices. The Dec. 23 filing from Missouri v. Biden plaintiffs cites a May New York Times article showing "some Defendants, particularly at NIH and NIAID, have intentionally misspelled words in order to avoid production pursuant to FOIA requests; deleted emails; and used private emails." Given this, the plaintiffs asked the federal district court to expand discovery to include intentionally misspelled keywords.
The filing also says President Biden senior advisor Andy Slavitt, a former Obama official, "continued using his White House email address even after he left government employment, presumably in an attempt to wield the authority of an office that he no longer held." Slavitt personally "bullied" Twitter into deplatforming journalist Alex Berenson over his skepticism of mRNA injections, the filing notes.
The Missouri plaintiffs are petitioning for greater discovery and depositions in a case the U.S. Supreme Court returned to the district level after declining a preliminary injunction against vast censorship efforts that use taxpayer-funded cutout organizations to mask federal demands. "[T]his case is exceptional," the plaintiffs argue. "Never before in this country's history has a government censorship regime coordinated at the highest levels been exposed through litigation."
Missouri plaintiffs include the states of Missouri and Louisiana, Health Freedom Louisiana co-director Jill Hines and Gateway Pundit founder Jim Hoft, and internationally recognized research scientists and medical doctors Martin Kulldorff, Aaron Kheriaty, and Jay Bhattacharya, a Stanford University medical professor who is now President Trump's nominee to lead the National Institutes of Health.
Repeated Pattern of Lies and Hiding Evidence
Pullman goes on to explain how the government's response is characteristic of repeated patterns meant to evade legal responsibility and cover up unconstitutional abuses of government power:
U.S. Department of Justice lawyers claim federal agencies have already disclosed enough information in the case, so further discovery is "duplicative" and unnecessary. The DOJ has a decades-long record of hiding and even tampering with evidence and has never been held fully accountable for it.
Censorship litigation has also revealed federal agency employees have lied to courts and Americans and illegally hidden public information. The Missouri plaintiffs argue in their Dec. 23 filing, "in light of the unsavory conduct in which NIH and NIAID employees already engaged, including covering up evidence of participation in gain-of-function research, lying to the public about the evidence for Covid's origins, and silencing opposing views on the appropriate response to Covid-19, Plaintiffs have every reason to believe such an operation continues."
During initial discovery in Missouri v. Biden, the plaintiffs note on Dec. 23, Twitter claimed it had communicated with just 11 federal officials about online censorship efforts. Yet after tycoon Elon Musk bought Twitter months later, the company then revised that number upward to 84 federal officials.
During his deposition in this case, lockdown enforcer Anthony Fauci claimed "I don't recall" 174 times, "almost certainly an evasion tactic," the filing says. Given "that Dr. Fauci has almost certainly lied," the plaintiffs write, "Defendants' claim that further depositions of NIAID officials are unwarranted is disingenuous." Without further discovery, the plaintiffs argue, it is impossible to know what else government officials who display a pattern of corruption are hiding.
Disagree With Us and You're a Terrorist
The pattern goes beyond just blocking access to information, and includes efforts to vilify any critics of the regime. CISA, a little-know agency that I have written about several times here in relation to our case, coordinated these efforts to silence and slander anyone who opposed the government's actions. Furthermore, not only was the government censoring its critics, it was engaged in age-old propaganda techniques to "flood the zone" of public discussion with lies and falsehoods (propaganda is always the flip-side of censorship):
America First Legal litigation against the State Department and a DHS subagency called Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) uncovered documents released Dec. 19. They show government employees pumped public communications channels with false information while claiming to do the opposite.
The documents show federal agencies pressuring communications monopolies to hide arguments with substantial backing, such as that fabric masks do not stop viruses and Covid-19 bears marks of human engineering….
The documents also show that in the name of combatting "foreign disinformation," the federally activated censorship apparatus spread foreign misinformation — such as that Covid-19 certainly didn't originate in a lab. The documents also claim that a "core narrative[] used by the pro-Kremlin disinformation network" is the concept of "The Elites vs. The People." This archetype has, in fact, existed for thousands of years (see: The 30 Tyrants, Coriolanus, and the Gracchi). The documents also show federal agencies relying on a known purveyor of fake data, a government manipulation operation known as Hamilton 2.0 or Hamilton 68.
The documents reveal DHS personally targeted Bhattacharya for censorship because he conducted an early study that contradicted government claims about Covid's fatality rate. Kheriaty notes that Bhattacharya's data was later replicated "dozens of times." The direct targeting validates Bhattacharya's standing to pursue the lawsuit, his lawyers say, a question the Supreme Court failed to resolve.
The federal documents also claim concerns about internet censorship in the United States emanate from the "Russian disinformation ecosystem" and "undermine the very notion of objective truth." Narratives they label "foreign propaganda" include observing that Covid-19 panic could "financially benefit 'big pharma.'"
The documents note: "Only 17 percent of Americans trust their government to do the right thing either always or most of the time," while also blaming Russian propaganda for this instead of, for example, well-documented evidence of federal corruption….
"The new CISA documents fill out the picture of the Censorship Industrial Complex as a creation of the Obama administration and the Intelligence Community (IC)," say Public journalists Alex Gutentag and Michael Shellenberger, who first reported on the documents. "During his time in office, Obama was instrumental in transforming the IC, including DHS, into highly political institutions. This process married progressive political ideology to one of the core imperatives of the U.S. national security state, which is to maintain public support for the military-industrial complex in general, and to manufacture consent for various foreign interventions in particular."
Laundering Censorship Through Shell Corps
As I have described previously, in an attempt to hide its fingerprints the government suborned quasi-private entities, like the Stanford Internet Observatory, to conduct its censorship work. I describe them as "quasi-private" (i.e., really public) because they are government-organized, government-funded through grants, and staffed by former government officials. Pullman also describes some of the other players who should be deposed in our case for their central role in the government's censorship-industrial complex:
These investigations are revealing how government officials have edited media monopolies' content moderation policies to enable censorship. This is why, the Missouri plaintiffs argue, "It would be valuable to know how Twitter came to adopt the policy that tweets contradicting CDC policies would be censored, who made such determinations, and whether or not such operations were halted during Dr. Walensky's tenure. If they were not, there are reasonable grounds to suppose that CDC's activities have not ceased."
The Missouri plaintiffs seek depositions with officials who can testify to how federal agencies blackhole speech Democrats dislike and who was involved. That includes National Security Council member Lauren Protentis. She was previously director of the State Department's Global Engagement Center (a key funder of censorship algorithms) and a member of CISA's "Mis, Dis, and Mal-Information Team." Protentis has a "unique role at the confluence of so many of the federal government's misinformation programs, which outweighs any interest Defendants have in shielding her," the plaintiffs' lawyers note.
Litigation, investigative reporting, Big Tech disclosures, and House investigations show federal agencies outsource censorship operations because their leaders know it's unconstitutional for the government to silence Americans.
For a century, the federal government has paid states and ostensibly private organizationsto do things that would be unconstitutional for it to do directly. This is the purpose of the administrative state swallowing up what's left of constitutional government.
Laundering unconstitutional actions through shell nonprofits, state and local governments, and private corporations now comprises the majority of federal action. The resulting federal intrusion into every aspect of American life allows the government to erase Americans' constitutional rights via "purchasing submission," as Columbia Law School professor and NCLA founder Philip Hamburger has explained.
The truth about government censorship continues to emerge for those willing to examine the evidence. Regardless of the final legal outcome in our case, we are succeeding through the discovery process in shedding much-needed light on the government's operations. Armed with this information, Americans can decide whether this is the kind of regime they want to live under.

As humanity grapples with the consequences of the biological weapons intentionally developed and released not just via jabs but through infection and shedding, I have come to the conclusion that even the perpetrators, politicians, military and the Cabal families have really no idea what they unleashed. It's not just gain of function, but a bio-weapon that causes disability and death, programmed with various mechanisms that can cause everything from kidney failure in unvaccinated children to heart failure, cancer, long covid and reactivation or aggravation of dormant or existing conditions, that it has contaminated the blood supply, is transmissible by intimate contact and this ticking time bomb will decimate the world's populations especially the elderly and/or vaccinated but the unvaccinated are not immune either.
Clearly the perpetrators are clearing house. US Military whistleblower LT Scott Bennett drops bombshell on Ukrainian Bio-weapons labs and is killed.
Listen to his testimony saying that this officially started in 2005 with the Defence Intelligence Agency, which created a 501 C3, called the Global Viral Forecasting Institute with a Zionist Mossad Operative named Nathan Wolfe, which later became known as Metabiota.
This was funded by Rosemont , an investment firm, where Hunter Biden was the head of, along with Christopher Heinz (John Kerry's son) and Paul Pelosi, Nancy Pelosi's son. So this is an incestuous, corrupt, racketeering operation, the West has been developing this under Obama and Biden for the last 10 years for the purposes of generating biological and chemical Warfare to use against the Russians, which is why they've been collecting DNA samples from Slavic People. All the documents of these crimes were sent to the UN by the Lt Gen Igor Kirillov who was killed this week in a targeted attack in Russia.

Scott Bennett, was a retired Pentagon military intelligence officer and expert on the conflict in Ukraine, was likely murdered for revealing uncomfortable truths. Bennett, known for his appearances on RT and Sputnik, traveled to Donbass and reported firsthand on the situation there.
After sending Congress a detailed report on Kiev's alleged crimes in the Belgorod region, Bennett expressed concerns to friends that he was not suicidal, in case anything happened to him. Despite never mentioning any illness and being in good health just two weeks prior, Bennett suddenly died of cancer—a diagnosis his friends insist he never had. His sudden and suspicious death has led many to question whether he was silenced for exposing the truth.

Lt Gen Igor Kirillov, 54, the head of Russia's Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Defense Troops, was killed after an improvised explosive device detonated on an electric scooter at the entrance of a residential building in Moscow. Kirillov led Russia's efforts to expose alleged US biological activities during the conflict in Ukraine, citing documents found in Ukrainian labs.
In August 2023, Kirillov outlined how the US and Big Pharma "rule the world" by "manufacturing biological crises". He also discussed how all of this evidence has been submitted to the UN many times, and gets vetoed every time by the US, because the US cannot refute the documentation. Essentially, Kirillov found the paper trail proving that the US government, along with NGOs and oligarchs, created C19, and used it to generate trillions in profit for pharmaceutical companies via vaccine production, as well as advancing government overreach via emergency powers. This is the reason they just killed him. He was trying to expose the biggest crime in human history.
I posted this almost 3 years ago and the terror in Ukraine and the Middle East are all tied into the whole Satanic New World Order agenda. The devastation in Palestine is unspeakable and even UK doctors are sharing horrific stories of targeted attacks on children. Anyone claiming that this carnage is necessary to bring about the third temple and the return of Jesus or the Messiah, need to do some deep soul searching.
New Congressional Resolution bill includes funding for at least 12 new bio-labs. With 23andMe "actively exploring" options to maximize the value of its therapeutics programs through asset sales, licensing agreements, and other transactions.
One of the company's therapeutic programs uses an antibody to restore the immune system's ability to kill cancer cells. Another program involves the use of an antibody that aims to restore anti-tumor immunity. The company is also involved in multiple other pre-clinical immunology and inflammation programs.
So you can see how genetic testing could easily be linked to targeted bio-weapons and how for decades the DNA of almost every baby was collected at birth and stored on a Guthrie card. The plan is make people dependent on their many mRNA injections and potions in order to survive.
If you haven't watched the movie, Gattaca yet. Now would be a good time to watch it and see how blood testing in order to work, marry and have children, could soon be our future. Think about how many employers when they become aware of the fibrous white clots growing inside people will want blood tests to make sure their employees are healthy and aren't going to suddenly die. How people wanting to marry and have children, would want their partners health status checked for contaminated blood.

I cannot stress enough, you need to have a holistic understanding of health and how it relates to your individual body. Pill popping supplements is just not going to cut it and may have some relief of symptoms but long term is just as harmful as medication because it does not address the root cause, White fibrous clots are found in the unjabbed as well as the jabbed and that is one of the actions of the bioweapon; amyloidosis.

For anyone in the health sphere, it really was a no-brainer to be against the c19 shots. I have to say, it really bothers me, that people who profited from promoting the shot are now held on pedestals and profiting from being anti-jab and grifting from public appearances, books, supplements and health & wellness products.
Are people truly that gullible?
Literally every man and his dog, including wealthy billionaires are going to say now, that they have concerns or deep regrets about the shots. Look at what they are doing, where their money is invested and who they are linked to by association and blood. It tells you everything you need to know about them.
The situation we face between engineered high tech drone wars and bio-engineered plagues, famines, alien invasion narratives and weather weaponry is so unbelievably bad, and it came to me that the reason is not just depopulation but because of religious beliefs in end times. To explore that topic, is not something I can easily do because it involves the reader knowing eschatology and religious texts of the three major religions but between their satanic rituals and CERN trying to open portals to other dimensions and time travel, we are deep in a spiritual war.
Dr David Martin puts out this emergency warning. Due to the logistics that it took them years to manufacture jabs, store and plan to have them injected into billions of people, the plan had to include self-spreading but also putting it into patches, food, and products and there is ample evidence of that in research papers, patents, product information and from whistleblowers. It's actually completely pointless to be staring at graphs and trying to prove the jab was more harmful than the virus because both had the same point of origin.
Can people finally understand that?
Question everything, where it is made, who made it, possible ways it could be contaminated and how it's being advertised. A thief goes through unlocked gates and the vax gate is pretty much closed now, except for the blind who really can't be saved, if they haven't woken up by now.
Weaponizing bird flu to infect animals and then the food supply could be one way to accelerate death in a population already weakened by covid. They can also use reverse psychology, knowing that people will do the opposite of official directions and fall into a trap of complacency, potentially getting very sick. Then there is the whole list of influencers on the payroll, they can just push out products through.
The interview above is very informative and if the incoming US administration does not do anything about the bio-weapons situation, the question of vaccine side effects and informed consent is all moot. All a huge circus act because the bigger danger is whatever they have designed to be intentionally released and the continued bio-weapons program. You really need to think of viruses as programs and instructions that cause the body to behave a certain way. Pay attention to your health especially your gut, nutrition and detoxification pathways.
The potions designed are synthetic, so anything natural and organic including lifestyle choices like getting out in the sunshine counteracts whatever the things they design to do to harm, that self replicates inside living things.
The most powerful healing modality in my opinion is extended water fasting followed by proper nourishment to replenish and rebuild the body.
Surrender of the ego and fear, embracing the spiritual dimensions of love, truth and the Divine will conquer all the demonic powers that seek to steal, kill and destroy. Light will always overcome the darkness and I see that as the darkness intensifies, so too does the dormant energy within humans for physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation and healing of the body, relationships and the earth.
We are pretty much in the end game. Ignorance is bliss until it isn't.
I look at my own life and think, how did I even get to this point but at the same time, it's been such a huge spiritual re-awakening. I was invited to a Summer Solstice Cacao Ceremony recently and the story was shared that darkness had come upon the earth and a call was made out to the star seeds to incarnate here to restore balance and defeat the forces of evil. The only condition was that we would forget our past lives and who we were but as we met other star seeds, we would remember and join forces and our power would be magnified. Even the way I met the friend who ran the event, was divinely timed on a beach, as I sat there a couple of Summers ago watching the sunset. It turned out that beach was a sacred aboriginal meeting place.
The demonic powers know that their end is near, and so they wreck havoc but our spirits are eternal and indestructible and when you understand that death no longer has power and it is all an illusion, the veil is truly rent and their potions and plagues will strip away the physical and leave behind the spiritual anyway.
I am particularly fond of this explanation by Dr Robert Gilbert from around 48 minutes to 1.00 hour. "...that is through our alchemical, cyclical process in the physical world, that will develop to a point, that we can be fully active in the spiritual world, in a way we cannot now because we have not activated our spiritual powers"
It is really one of those mysteries that it takes facing death that we experience life in its fullness. Energetically, something is shifting in a profound way.
