fixing broken medical system

I’m no public policy expert, but if anyone knows one, feel free to share my suggestions for fixing—or at least improving—our broken medical system

  1. Prohibit industry funding of public health agencies. This would eliminate the conflicts of interest that allow these agencies to prioritize corporate profits over public health.

  2. Ban pharmaceutical advertising. Once this is done, “news” outlets are free to report side effects, negative trial results, breaches of ethics, and actual facts (not marketing claims).

  3. Implement a one-strike rule. Any company found guilty of bribing doctors, manipulating research studies, falsifying clinical trial results, engaging in fraudulent or deceptive advertising, or disregarding patient safety gets shut down after the first offense. No fines, no wrist slaps, no exceptions.

  4. Dismantle the revolving door between Pharma and the government. Once you’ve worked for one, you cannot work for the other. Period.

  5. Make all clinical trial data open and available to the public. This would prevent selective reporting of favorable (or unfavorable) outcomes and then—gasp!—regular folks could do their own research.

  6. Repeal the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act. Under the NCVIA, vaccine manufacturers cannot be held liable for vaccine-related injuries and deaths. Minus this liability, where’s the incentive to produce safe, effective products?

  7. Expand and enforce whistleblower protection laws. If you’re the one who exposes industry misconduct, you cannot be fired, imprisoned, or punished in any way. Any effort by the company or industry you exposed to retaliate would be met with swift, harsh punishment.

Does my list seem impossibly daunting or undoable? What did I forget? Add your suggestions in the comments.

Tobacco-science is already Hidden in Your Pantry

The Shocking Tobacco-Food Connection Hidden in Your Pantry

You may think Big Tobacco and Big Food are separate industries, but the University of Kansas study, published in the journal Addiction, reveals how deeply intertwined they were for decades.2 The researchers found that tobacco giants Philip Morris and R.J. Reynolds strategically acquired major food companies in the 1980s, dominating the U.S. food system for over 20 years.

During this time, they deliberately formulated and promoted "hyper-palatable" processed foods designed to maximize consumption and profits — much like they did with cigarettes. The study examined food products from 1988 to 2001, when tobacco companies led the food industry.

Foods owned by tobacco companies were 29% more likely to be classified as "fat and sodium hyper-palatable" and 80% more likely to be "carbohydrate and sodium hyper-palatable" compared to foods not owned by tobacco companies.3

Recognize that the primary reason was this was so destructive to your biology was that they used the wrong fats. If they had used saturated fats, which were vilified at the time, instead of the exalted but pernicious mitochondrial poisons, PUFAs, we would be in good shape from a health perspective.

But these hyper-palatable foods were engineered with specific combinations of pernicious omega-6 fats, and additives that don't occur in nature. They excessively activate brain reward circuits, facilitating overconsumption and leading to addictive-like eating behaviors.

How Big Tobacco Shaped Your Grocery Store Shelves

When you walk down the supermarket aisles today, you're seeing the long-term consequences of Big Tobacco's foray into food. The study found that as of 2018, over 75% of branded food products qualify as hyper-palatable, regardless of previous tobacco company ownership. However, foods that were once tobacco-owned still showed a slightly higher prevalence of being classified as omega-6 LA loaded fat and artificial ingredient hyper-palatable.

This suggests that tobacco companies' strategies for formulating hyper-palatable foods have influenced the broader food industry. Other food companies likely observed the market success of tobacco-owned brands and began producing similar hyper-palatable products to remain competitive.

It's a stark reminder of how corporate strategies in one industry have far-reaching effects on public health through unexpected channels. The tobacco companies focused particularly on increasing fat and artificial ingredient content, as well as carbohydrates and sodium. Interestingly, they seemed to avoid promoting foods high in both fat and sugar.

The researchers speculate this was to avoid scrutiny, as there was growing concern in the 1990s about sugar's role in obesity. By focusing on sodium instead, tobacco-owned food companies could enhance palatability while staying under the radar of most nutritional advice at the time.4

Major media edited out stories from years past to hide truth

I just blocked the troll - as I always do with bots, but here is the reason why we need to review everything coming out and post what we can find out:

1) Because CNN/NBC/MSM (CNM) can't be trusted and has lost all credibility.

2) Because CNM is biased.

3) Because CNM goes back and edits their new stories in real-time. So, we need to document things as they happen. For example, Kamala's labeling as the "Border Czar" has been edited out of new stories from years past - edited out in the last month. One has to go to the way back machine to find the evidence that yes, she was called that by the WH and CNM. This is how sneaky they have gotten.

4) CNM has already changed the story on this shooting - and they either lied or initially got the reporting wrong. We have to call them out and question everything. Trust is broken.

5) Citizen journalism will save America, not the state-sponsored, legacy media.

Media Statement on AB!M Decision

R00T 0ut the C0rrupti0n

You don't realize how dire the condition is our children's health and chronic disease in general. This is an issue that affects all of us far more directly and urgently than any culture war issue and all the other issues that we obsess on and that are tearing apart our country, this is the most important issue, therefore it has the potential to bring us together.

So let me share a little bit about why I believe it's so urgent today, we spend more on health care than any country on Earth, twice what they pay in Europe, and yet we have the worst health outcomes of any nation the world.

We're about 79th and health outcomes behind Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Mongolia and other countries. Nobody has a chronic disease burden like we have. And during a covid epidemic, we had the highest body count of any country in the world. We had 16% of the covid deaths, and we only have 4.2% of the world's population. And CDC says that's because we are the sickest people on Earth.

We have the highest chronic disease rate on earth, and the average American who died or covid had 3.8 other chronic diseases. So these were people who had immune system collapse, who had mitochondrial dysfunction, and no other country has anything like this. Two thirds of American adults and children suffer from chronic health issues today (66%), 50 years ago that number was less than 1%.

We've gone from 1% to 66% in America in 50 years. 74% of Americans are now overweight or obese, and 50% of our children. 120 years ago, when somebody was obese, They were so rare, they were sent to the circus. They were literally there, with case reports done about them.

Obesity was almost unknown in Japan, childhood obesity rate was 3% compared to 50% now. Half of Americans have pre-diabetes or type two diabetes. 50 years ago, juvenile diabetes was effectively non/existent.

A typical pediatrician would see one case of diabetes during his entire career, a 40 or 50 year career. Today one out of every three kids who walks through his office door is diabetic or pre-diabetic. The mitochondrial disorder that caused diabetes, also causing Alzheimer's, which is now classified as diabetes, and it's costing this country more than our military budget.

Every year there's been an explosion of neurological illnesses that I never existed before, ADD, ADHD, speech delay, language delay, Tourette's Syndrome, narcolepsy, ASD, Asperger’s, Autism. In the year 2000, the Autism rate was one in 1500. Now, autism rates in kids are one in 36, according to CDC; nationally, nobody's talking about this.

One in every 22 kids in California has Autism, and this is a crisis that 77% of our kids are too disabled to serve in the United States military. What is happening to our country, and why isn't this in the headlines every single day?

There's nobody else in the world that is experiencing this. This is only happening in America. Fifty years ago the autism rates were about one in 10,000.  This generation it is one in 34. I'll repeat in California, one and 22. Why are we letting this happen? Why are we allowing this to happen to our children?

These are the most precious assets that we have in this country. How can we let this happen to them? About 18% of American teens now have fatty liver disease. That's like one out of every five. 50 years ago that disease only affected late stage alcoholics who were elderly. Cancer rates are skyrocketing, in both the young and the old, young adult cancers are up 79%.

One in four American women is on antidepressant medication. 40% of teens have a mental health diagnosis, and 15% of high schoolers are on Adderall, and half a million children on SSRIs.

So what's causing this suffering? I'll name two culprits, first and the worst is ultra processed food. About 70% of American children's diet is ultra processed, that means industrial manufactured in a factory. These foods consist primarily of processed sugar, ultra-processed grains, and seed oils.

Laboratory scientists who form many of them formerly worked for the cigarette industry, which purchased all the big food companies in the 1970s and 80s. They deployed 1000s of scientists to figure out chemicals, new chemicals, to make the food more addictive. And these ingredients didn't exist 100 years ago. Humans aren't biologically adapted to eat them.

Hundreds of these chemicals are now banned in Europe, but are ubiquitous in American processed foods. The second culprit is specific toxic chemicals additives in our food, our medicine, in our environment. These pesticides, food additives, pharmaceutical drugs and toxic waste permeate every cell of our bodies.

These assault on our children's cells and hormones is unrelenting problem. Many of these chemicals increase estrogen. Young children are ingesting so many of these hormone disruptors. America's puberty rate is now occurring at age 10 to 13, which is six years earlier than girls were reaching puberty in 1900. Our country has the earliest puberty rates of any continent on the earth.

Breast cancer is also estrogen driven, and now strikes one in eight women. We are mass poisoning all of our children and our adults.  Considering the grievous human cause of this tragic epidemic of chronic disease, it seems almost crass to mention the damage it does to our economy, as it is crippling the nation's finances.

50 years ago, our country has spent $0 on chronic disease. Today, government health care spending is almost all for chronic disease, and it's double the military budget. It is the fastest budget item in the federal budget. Chronic disease costs more to the economy as a whole, costing at least $4,000,000,000,000. 5 times our military budget.

And that's a 20% drag on everything we do and everything we aspire to. Our minority communities suffer disproportionately, as these people rely on the cheaper fast foods, and package highly-processed foods. We are poisoning the poor. We are systematically poisoning minorities across this country.

Industry lobbyists have made sure that most of the food stamp lunch program, about 70% of food stamps and 70 or 77% of school lunches are processed foods. There are no vegetables. There's nothing that you would want to eat. We are just poisoning the poorest citizens, and that's why they have the highest chronic disease burden of any country, and the highest in the world.

The same food industry lobbied to make sure that nearly all agricultural subsidies go to commodity crops that are the feedstock of the processed food industry. These policies are destroying small farms, and they're destroying our soils. We give about eight times as much in subsidies to these poisons than we do to fruits and vegetables.

It makes no sense if we want a healthy country. The good news is that we can change all this. We can change it very, very quickly. America can get healthy again. To do that, we need to do three things.

First, we need to root out the corruption in our health agencies.

Second, we need to change incentives in our healthcare system.

Third, we need to inspire Americans to get healthy again.

80% of NIH grants go to people who have conflicts of interest. These people appointed to new panel of NIH to decide the food recommendations are all people who are from the industry. They're all people who are from the processed food companies. They're deciding what Americans think is healthy and the recommendations on the food pyramid are what goes to our school lunch programs, which also go into the Food Stamp programs.

They are all corrupted and conflicted individuals. These agencies—the FDA, USDA, and CDC—are all controlled by giant for-profit corporations. Seventy-five percent of the FDA funding doesn't come from taxpayers; it comes from pharma, and pharma executives, consultants, and lobbyists cycle in and out of these agencies.

A sick child is the best thing for the pharmaceutical industry. American children or adults get sick with a chronic condition, they're put on medications for their entire life.  Medicare starts paying for Ozempic, which costs $1,500 a month, and it's being recommended for children as young as six. To offer it for the condition of obesity that is completely preventable and barely even existed 100 years ago, and 74% of Americans are obese.

And in our country, the recommendation now is for ozempic to children at age six. Novo Nordisk is the biggest company in Europe, and virtually its entire value is based upon its projections of what it's going to sell to America at a $3 trillion cost that is going to bankrupt our country.

For a fraction of that amount, we could buy organic food for every American family three meals a day, and eliminate diabetes altogether. This could bring healthy food back to school lunches and save our country

Pr0paganda w0rks, stunningly well

X Stops Operations in Brazil after 'censorship orders' from Judge Alexandre de Moraes

Last night, <Brazilian Judge> Alexandre de Moraes threatened our legal representative in Brazil with arrest if we do not comply with his censorship orders.

He did so in a secret order, which we share here to expose his actions. Despite our numerous appeals to the Supreme Court not being heard, the Brazilian public not being informed about these orders and our Brazilian staff having no responsibility or control over whether content is blocked on our platform, Moraes has chosen to threaten our staff in Brazil rather than respect the law or due process.

As a result, to protect our staff's safety, we have decided to close our operation in Brazil, effective immediately.

The X service remains available to the people of Brazil. We are deeply saddened that we have been forced to make this decision. The responsibility lies solely with Alexandre de Moraes.

His actions are incompatible with democratic government.

The people of Brazil have a choice to make - democracy, or (Judge) Alexandre de Moraes.

So, X is putting their employees and free speech in front of profits. May this be a wake-up call for the EU.

When the State or its political parties resort to censorship, lies, and propaganda to advance their agendas, they cannibalize long-term legitimacy for short-term gain.

More Inconvenient Nord Stream Truth

One big story that came to light this week was first published in the Wall Street Journal, but it hardly made a dent in the minds of Americans. That story is that Ukraine blew up the Nord Stream pipeline. Of course, this means we, the public, have been fed lies about the event, which has crippled the German economy ever since.

Of course, the WSJ quickly asserted that Zelinksy approved the plan and disapproved. Talk about having it both ways! The WSJ was also quick to assert that the CIA learned of the plan and asked the Ukrainian president to pull the plug, which he did- but it was too late. Of course, this propaganda is impossible to swallow and reeks of an attempt by the US government and Ukraine to cover their asses.

My friend, Mattias Desmet did an excellent and short analysis of the situation on Twitter, copied below:

A so-called 'false flag' operation is coming to light at a record pace. The media initially wanted us to believe that 'the Russians' blew up the Nord Stream pipeline. Anyone with any ability to critically distance themselves raised an eyebrow. The Russians blow up that pipeline to prevent themselves from transporting their own gas to Europe?

Besides the many other strange creases and twists in the story, the next question immediately arose: why don't the Russians simply turn off their gas tap instead of blowing up a pipeline at the bottom of the sea? And the same goes for a whole range of other elements in the Ukraine story. You don't have to be a genius to also raise an eyebrow at the story about the blown-up dam over the Dnipro River. It is not because a line of thought is completely absurd that people will not blindly follow it.

Propagandists know this all too well. All you need is a horde of unprincipled journalists, an army of thoughtless fact-checkers, and a lonely, exhausted population. As Steve Aernouts wrote on my Facebook page: 'When top journalist and former Pulitzer Prize winner Seymour Hersh argued a few months after the incident, through a CIA insider, that Russia was not to blame, the man was dismissed as some kind of idiot by all the media.' Regardless of how solid both the logic and the relationship to the facts of Hersh's story were, society chose to go along with the completely absurd story spread through the mainstream media.

To quote Hannah Arendt: "The ideal subject for a totalitarian regime is not the convinced Nazi or the convinced Communist, but someone for whom the distinction between fact and fiction and the distinction between true and false no longer exists." Propaganda works, stunningly well. And we can only conclude: the media apparatus, once conceived as the societal organ that must continually give birth to the Truth in society, has largely been absorbed by the propaganda apparatus. ***

A few days ago, the media story about the Nord Stream pipeline began to slowly unravel. First, it appeared in the media that 'a Ukrainian' had blown up the pipeline, then the pointing finger identified a Ukrainian diving school, and now it is added that Zelensky himself approved the operation.

So, try to imagine it clearly: To turn European public opinion against Putin, Zelensky had a team of divers blow up the Nord Stream pipeline. The great monster Putin would thus be responsible for a winter without gas in Europe. One thing is clear: Zelensky is truly capable of anything. We can ask ourselves: is there a reason why Zelensky is being thrown under the bus here and now? But besides that—and I may be naïve—I still see it as a good sign that the media are still capable of breaking their own story. So I say sincerely: thank you to the media.

And do the same with the COVID story and all other forms of fake news that have been spread in recent years. Let the truth break through. Nietzsche said: "In the light of every truly great person, thousands of secrets of history crawl out from under their stone." To all journalists: try to be such a 'truly great person.' 'Become who you are.' Feel the pride you deserve when you remain true to the ethics of true journalism. Ensure that we can once again truly respect journalism. Stop allowing yourselves to be used, stop reducing yourselves to a propaganda tool. You can be so much more than that. ***

A century and a half ago, some began to realize: the possibilities of propaganda are virtually unlimited. Among other things, it sends thousands of young people into the trenches to fight against other young people who have done them absolutely no harm. To understand the history of the last 150 years, one must primarily study the practice of propaganda.

The way the mass media are centrally controlled according to the principles of Walter Lippmann, the way information flows are directed on the internet, the way tens of thousands of so-called 'digital first responders' constantly ridicule, criminalize, and pathologize every dissident voice—the better you understand the phenomenon of 'propaganda,' the more you realize: the world is truly ruled by lies. To everyone whose heart aches when they think of all those Russian and Ukrainian people dying on the battlefield, I ask: please watch Tucker Carlson's interview with the American top diplomat Jeffrey Sachs (see this link). These are the kinds of interviews we need: calm, nuanced, and with immense knowledge of the facts.

Listen to that interview, and you'll quickly stop thinking in black and white. Putin is no saint, we know that. But I fear that in this case, we must say: the most sinister role in the story is certainly not being played by Putin.

Make some effort to explore some of the historical context of this 'unprovoked war.' You will see that there is no question of 'unprovoked' at all. And when you begin to see that, stand up and say: not in my name.

Who is Robert Malone

Fwd: This is our wake-up call!

Dear Citizens ,

We are witnessing a profound and alarming shift in global governance—a shift that threatens the very foundation of freedom and democracy. Today's authoritarianism knows no boundaries, and its reach is expanding at an unprecedented pace.

Recently, London's Metropolitan Police Chief declared an intention to pursue international extradition requests against anyone who violates British social media censorship rules—even targeting American citizens.

Such actions are not isolated incidents; they are part of a broader agenda by elites who seek to control what we can read, see, and hear.

They justify this censorship by labeling dissenting voices as "misinformation," "hate speech," "far-right," or "extremist." These labels are wielded as weapons to silence opposition and stifle free expression.

Throughout history, totalitarian regimes have begun their reigns of terror with censorship. The suppression of free speech has often been the precursor to greater atrocities. It starts with silencing dissent, manipulating information, and instilling fear in those who dared to speak the truth.

This pattern is disturbingly familiar, and we must recognize it for what it is: a prelude to oppression.

We Must Not Yield

During the COVID-19 lockdowns, MI-6 labeled health freedom activists, including myself, as potential "terrorists." Yet, it is the authorities who employ fear as a tool of control, perpetuating narratives of pandemics, economic collapse, and endless wars to maintain their grip on power.

These tactics are designed to frighten us into compliance, but we must not yield.

This is a wake-up call for America and the world. We must reclaim our right to free speech and resist the creeping tide of authoritarianism. If not in America, the paragon of freedom, then where?

We owe it to ourselves, to future generations, and to the countless voices silenced by oppressive regimes throughout history. That's why we're asking for your urgent support right now.

God Bless,

RFKjr
