an insane amount of toxins accumulated in our bodies

Autism diagnosis (based on observational criteria not medical diagnosis) can be mitigated or reduced by adopting gut healing protocols (Dr Natasha McBride), detoxification of heavy metals, poisons and toxins (intentionally in the environment, fabrics, plastics, water and food supply), a strict Low Carb or Ketogenic diet (high in good fats and proteins, low in carbohydrates to maintain long periods of ketosis - this is the single most effective thing to do for any neurological condition btw) and a parasite cleanse (using natural tree oils combinations and long periods of fasting (this triggers autophagy (cell renewal and repair)) and a low carb diet because parasites thrive in bodies with blood sugar spikes - re. Uncontrolled blood sugar levels).

Avoiding casein, gluten and pasteurised dairy (denatured milk protein causes gut inflammation) comes last in priority on this list, something I wish my family knew after 10 + years of research with my son.

Ross also says reducing oxidative stress from wifi, mobile phones, more exercise, importance of zinc, healing trauma.

Most of these things are good for all people. We should all be doing because we are under constant attack, this is teaching us to be higher in awareness and discernment (re. Not compliant, asleep or extrinsically motivated).

I haven’t even touched on what we also have to do to mentally detox from all the psychological programming which is another massive topic and how getting back in alignment with Nature can help healing too (re. Terrain Theory vs Germ Theory), which is why we see such positive outcomes with outdoor therapy in forests for children with Autism in Finland or why Autism incidence is so low in countries with a lot of Sunshine like Australia (re. Stephanie Seneff’s research).

Avoiding pesticides like glyphosate is another one to be mindful of. My son sees a natural doctor group in Nashville who say illness lies in the gut. He will do fasting and then eat Red Beet Sauerkraut, natural yogurt and glass bottled filtered water.
Not surprising. As time goes by, we will slowly realise that autism, cancer, many autoimmune diseases and brain diseases are all the result of a HUGE imbalance in our gut bacteria combined with an insane amount of toxins accumulated in our bodies. And an overexposure to Blue Light.

Filter your water, eliminate toxins (from food, deodorants, soaps, shampoo, detergents, etc), eliminate using plastic containers or plastic items to cook (use stainless steel, glass or cast iron), stop using perfume (it is a MAJOR endocrine disruptor) or scented candles, limit the Blue Light intake, and you will see an exponential decrease of these diseases. It's that simple.

milk kefir is about the best thing anyone can consume for overall health and healing.

After former President Trump’s massive election victory, the top executives of Big Pharma were reportedly scrambling to protect their influence over U.S. healthcare.

Sources indicate that the heads of five major pharmaceutical companies held an emergency teleconference on Wednesday to address the potential fallout from a Trump administration that has vowed to disrupt Big Pharma’s hold on America.

New Jersey Assemblyman and advisor to Robert Kennedy Jr., Jamel Holley, shared the breaking news on X Wednesday, stating, “Sources tell me top five CEOs of pharmaceutical companies are holding an emergency teleconference at 1 PM. A lawyer has confirmed that everyone is in a state of panic!”

This emergency meeting comes as Kennedy, a well-known critic of corporate corruption in health policy, is expected to be appointed by Trump to lead a comprehensive overhaul of federal health agencies, including the FDA and CDC.

Kennedy’s vision aims to root out corporate influence, restore scientific integrity, and prioritize the health of the American people over Big Pharma profits.

His commitment has stirred palpable anxiety among pharmaceutical executives as they brace for potential regulatory shake-ups and policy shifts under the new administration.

Holley added a light-hearted jab on social media, writing, “If RFK Jr. asks me which meeting I’d like to attend, I’ll politely say the one with you & Bill Gates.”

During the Financial Times Global Pharma and Biotech Summit in London on Wednesday, GSK CEO Emma Walmsley addressed the uncertainty surrounding the future of pharmaceutical operations in the U.S., according to Pharmaceutical Technology.

“The US is extremely important to GSK,” Walmsley stated. “We’re a global company, but more than half of the business is in the US, we’re very heavily invested there, with factories in many states. It is by far the most important market to bring our innovation to first.”

However, Walmsley also alluded to the need for collaboration with the incoming administration, cautiously remarking, “Let’s see what happens in terms of who is appointed into what kind of role in the administration.”

GSK, a leader in vaccines against diseases like shingles and influenza, has invested heavily in its vaccine portfolio, recently gaining approval for an RSV vaccine for older adults. Despite the company’s dominance in the vaccine market, Walmsley reminded stakeholders that “Vaccines is a big part of our business. It’s not actually the biggest part of our business, medicine is the biggest part and is growing at 20% so far this year.”

When asked about Kennedy’s “make America healthy again” mantra, Walmsley responded, “Actually, making America healthy again is a really good idea.” She pointed to concerning health trends in the U.S., where the average life expectancy lags behind other developed countries by four years.

As Big Pharma’s CEOs grapple with the potential consequences of a Trump-Kennedy team up, the American public may soon witness historic reforms in the healthcare industry.

Whenever possible, choose organic produce

Nasty New Pesticide Cocktail: What to Know

Remember RoundUp? The weedkiller facing a mountain of lawsuits for potentially causing cancer?

After decades of hard fought activism and legal efforts, in 2021 we had the perception of victory when Bayer - the makers of RoundUp (after acquiring Monsanto) - announced a commitment to begin removing glyphosate in the following years.

Well, it seems Bayer opted for the old ‘switcheroo’ and instead made things far worse. Here's what you need to know:

  • Facing the heat: Bayer was swamped with 10s of thousands of lawsuits linking RoundUp's active ingredient, glyphosate, to cancer, specifically losing a historic case ruled that it caused non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, and was fined over $2B.

  • A dubious replacement: In response, Bayer promised to remove glyphosate from residential products starting in 2023. But instead of safer alternatives, they’ve replaced glyphosate with a new concoction of seemingly more dangerous chemicals. Testing shows that not only is the glyphosate still there, there is an additional new combination of pesticides: diquat dibromide, fluazifop-P-butyl, triclopyr, and imazapic (good luck pronouncing those).

  • 45X the trouble: An environmental organization known as Friends of the Earth analyzed the new formula (you can read the full report HERE). Shockingly, they found it potentially 45 times more toxic to human health than the original RoundUp! The new chemicals are also more likely to harm bees, birds, worms, and aquatic creatures, and reportedly more likely to leach into water systems.

  • Global problem: Every year, approximately 5.6B pounds of pesticides are applied globally (over 1B pounds in the US alone), raising legitimate concerns about their impact on our health and environment.

What can we do?

It's time to demand better! Here's how you can make a difference:

  • Go Organic: Whenever possible, choose organic produce. This minimizes your exposure to potentially harmful pesticides.

  • Support Local Farmers: Visit your local farmer's market and ask if their produce is organic. You'll be supporting local businesses and getting fresher, safer food. Your region benefits from increased resilience, and the food will be higher in antioxidants that what you’d otherwise find on the grocery shelves.

  • Spread the Word: Share this newsletter! Talk to friends and family about the importance of organic food. Especially when you have guests or serve a meal, make sure it is 100% organic so you can subtly use this as a talking point, and mention something you learned about the risks of pesticides. Together, we can inspire one another, rather than preach, and increase the demand for safer alternatives.

Let's not become guinea pigs for untested chemical cocktails. We must take this seriously and support a healthier future for ourselves and the planet by supporting organic as often as possible!

fixing broken medical system

I’m no public policy expert, but if anyone knows one, feel free to share my suggestions for fixing—or at least improving—our broken medical system

  1. Prohibit industry funding of public health agencies. This would eliminate the conflicts of interest that allow these agencies to prioritize corporate profits over public health.

  2. Ban pharmaceutical advertising. Once this is done, “news” outlets are free to report side effects, negative trial results, breaches of ethics, and actual facts (not marketing claims).

  3. Implement a one-strike rule. Any company found guilty of bribing doctors, manipulating research studies, falsifying clinical trial results, engaging in fraudulent or deceptive advertising, or disregarding patient safety gets shut down after the first offense. No fines, no wrist slaps, no exceptions.

  4. Dismantle the revolving door between Pharma and the government. Once you’ve worked for one, you cannot work for the other. Period.

  5. Make all clinical trial data open and available to the public. This would prevent selective reporting of favorable (or unfavorable) outcomes and then—gasp!—regular folks could do their own research.

  6. Repeal the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act. Under the NCVIA, vaccine manufacturers cannot be held liable for vaccine-related injuries and deaths. Minus this liability, where’s the incentive to produce safe, effective products?

  7. Expand and enforce whistleblower protection laws. If you’re the one who exposes industry misconduct, you cannot be fired, imprisoned, or punished in any way. Any effort by the company or industry you exposed to retaliate would be met with swift, harsh punishment.

Does my list seem impossibly daunting or undoable? What did I forget? Add your suggestions in the comments.

Tobacco-science is already Hidden in Your Pantry

The Shocking Tobacco-Food Connection Hidden in Your Pantry

You may think Big Tobacco and Big Food are separate industries, but the University of Kansas study, published in the journal Addiction, reveals how deeply intertwined they were for decades.2 The researchers found that tobacco giants Philip Morris and R.J. Reynolds strategically acquired major food companies in the 1980s, dominating the U.S. food system for over 20 years.

During this time, they deliberately formulated and promoted "hyper-palatable" processed foods designed to maximize consumption and profits — much like they did with cigarettes. The study examined food products from 1988 to 2001, when tobacco companies led the food industry.

Foods owned by tobacco companies were 29% more likely to be classified as "fat and sodium hyper-palatable" and 80% more likely to be "carbohydrate and sodium hyper-palatable" compared to foods not owned by tobacco companies.3

Recognize that the primary reason was this was so destructive to your biology was that they used the wrong fats. If they had used saturated fats, which were vilified at the time, instead of the exalted but pernicious mitochondrial poisons, PUFAs, we would be in good shape from a health perspective.

But these hyper-palatable foods were engineered with specific combinations of pernicious omega-6 fats, and additives that don't occur in nature. They excessively activate brain reward circuits, facilitating overconsumption and leading to addictive-like eating behaviors.

How Big Tobacco Shaped Your Grocery Store Shelves

When you walk down the supermarket aisles today, you're seeing the long-term consequences of Big Tobacco's foray into food. The study found that as of 2018, over 75% of branded food products qualify as hyper-palatable, regardless of previous tobacco company ownership. However, foods that were once tobacco-owned still showed a slightly higher prevalence of being classified as omega-6 LA loaded fat and artificial ingredient hyper-palatable.

This suggests that tobacco companies' strategies for formulating hyper-palatable foods have influenced the broader food industry. Other food companies likely observed the market success of tobacco-owned brands and began producing similar hyper-palatable products to remain competitive.

It's a stark reminder of how corporate strategies in one industry have far-reaching effects on public health through unexpected channels. The tobacco companies focused particularly on increasing fat and artificial ingredient content, as well as carbohydrates and sodium. Interestingly, they seemed to avoid promoting foods high in both fat and sugar.

The researchers speculate this was to avoid scrutiny, as there was growing concern in the 1990s about sugar's role in obesity. By focusing on sodium instead, tobacco-owned food companies could enhance palatability while staying under the radar of most nutritional advice at the time.4

Major media edited out stories from years past to hide truth

I just blocked the troll - as I always do with bots, but here is the reason why we need to review everything coming out and post what we can find out:

1) Because CNN/NBC/MSM (CNM) can't be trusted and has lost all credibility.

2) Because CNM is biased.

3) Because CNM goes back and edits their new stories in real-time. So, we need to document things as they happen. For example, Kamala's labeling as the "Border Czar" has been edited out of new stories from years past - edited out in the last month. One has to go to the way back machine to find the evidence that yes, she was called that by the WH and CNM. This is how sneaky they have gotten.

4) CNM has already changed the story on this shooting - and they either lied or initially got the reporting wrong. We have to call them out and question everything. Trust is broken.

5) Citizen journalism will save America, not the state-sponsored, legacy media.
