white supremacy attacking again

Start trying to share the deeper truth that you feel

Part of a controversial, granite roadside attraction in northeast Georgia is in pieces on the ground, and authorities say it appears to have been caused by a bomb.

The Guidestones, which were erected in 1980, have a 10-part message written on them in eight languages. One part of the message calls for a depopulation of the world to just 500 million or below.

Georgia Bureau of Investigation is on the scene, and have indicated that the explosion was heard at approximately 4 a.m., and the monument was “significantly damaged.” They also noted the monument had been vandalized in the past.

The Ukranie War Is a Scam

Why the Ukraine War Is a Scam

War as a Source of Profit Endangers Conflict Resolution
It's high time the world starts to realize that most wars have a profit motive behind them. Not always, but often enough. As noted in "Profits of War: Corporate Beneficiaries of the Post-9/11 Pentagon Spending Surge," a 2021 report by the Watson Institute and Center for International Policy:14

"The United States government's reaction to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 led to dramatic increases in Pentagon funding and revenues for weapons contractors. While the costs and consequences of America's war policies of the twenty-first century have been well-documented, the question of who has profited from this approach has received less attention.

Corporations large and small have been, by far, the largest beneficiaries of the post-9/11 surge in military spending. Since the start of the war in Afghanistan, Pentagon spending has totaled over $14 trillion, one-third to one-half of which went to defense contractors.

Some of these corporations earned profits that are widely considered legitimate. Other profits were the consequence of questionable or corrupt business practices that amount to waste, fraud, abuse, price-gouging or profiteering.

The Pentagon's increasing reliance on private contractors in the post-9/11 period raises multiple questions of accountability, transparency, and effectiveness. This is problematic because privatizing key functions can reduce the U.S. military's control of activities that occur in war zones while increasing risks of waste, fraud and abuse.

Additionally, that the waging of war is a source of profits can contradict the goal of having the U.S. lead with diplomacy in seeking to resolve conflicts.

More broadly, the outsized influence of defense contractors has resulted in a growing militarization of American society. This is manifested in everything from the Pentagon's receipt of the lion's share of the federal discretionary budget — more than half — to the supply of excess military equipment to state and local law enforcement agencies."

Bankers Also Profit From War
Contractors aren't the only ones that can cash in on war. Did you know, for example, that Goldman Sachs, the New York-based investment bank, is profiting from the war in Ukraine by selling Russian debt? In March 2022, NBC News reported:15

"As the Western world scrambles to defend Ukraine by locking down Russian money, the company is acting as a broker between Moscow's creditors and U.S. investors, pitching clients on the opportunity to take advantage of Russia's war-crippled economy by buying its debt securities low now and selling them high later, according to four financial world sources familiar with the strategy.

An investor who declined a Goldman trader's offer to add Russian debt to his hedge fund's portfolio — because of the war — said the trader suggested he could 'just put it in your personal account' to avoid scrutiny. That does not violate the U.S. sanctions regime, but it is very different from the public face Goldman is putting on its relationship with Russia ...

When U.S. officials sanctioned Russian banks this month, it became illegal for U.S. companies to do business directly with major Russian financial institutions. But the Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control, or OFAC, issued a memo affirming the legal legitimacy of trading Russian assets in "secondary markets" — those not directly involving the Russian banks. That's why Goldman can act as a broker ...

Goldman's effort to profit from the war highlights the complexities the Biden administration faces in trying to punish Russia without harming Wall Street and the economies of the U.S. and its allies. And it is a stark reminder that no asset is too toxic to be traded when there are willing buyers, sellers and brokers."

Indeed, shortly before Russia's launch of its "special military operation" in Ukraine, Putin had demanded NATO rule out allowing Ukraine — which shares a border with Russia — into the alliance. In June 2022, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told the BBC:17

"We declared a special military operation because we had absolutely no other way of explaining to the West that dragging Ukraine into NATO was a criminal act."

Russia has also accused Ukraine of conducting dangerous bioweapons research on behalf of the U.S. I reviewed the evidence for this in "Bioweapons Expert Speaks Out about US Biolabs in Ukraine." Thirdly, Russia has been critical and seemingly grown weary of Ukraine's attacks on native Russians in the Donbas region, a conflict that has been ongoing since 2014. So, there's more to this story than what the media are telling us.

Glyphosate-based Herbicides causes Breast Cancr

Glyphosate-based Herbicides - Breast Cancer Prevention Partners (BCPP)

In 2015 the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classified glyphosate as a ‘probable human carcinogen’.[7] However, in 2016 the U.S. EPA concluded that glyphosate is ‘not likely to be carcinogenic to humans’, based primarily on studies of non-occupational exposures.[8],[9]

In addition to containing high proportions of the active herbicidal ingredient glyphosate, GBHs also contain numerous other ingredients which may interact with glyphosate or have physiological effects of their own.

A 2021 study examined urinary AMPA levels and later development of breast cancer in Hawaiian women participating in the Multiethnic Cohort Study. AMPA was detected in most urine samples tested, although it was found in significantly more samples from women who went on to develop breast cancer in the next 10-15 years than in long-term healthy women. After adjusting for factors including race/ethnicity, age, and body mass index (BMI; a measure of relative obesity), there was a 4.5-fold increase in risk for developing breast cancer in women with the highest, vs the lowest, concentrations of urinary AMPA.[10]

In animal studies, exposure of young, postnatal male rats to low doses of GBHs led to changes in the mammary gland at the time of weaning. By early adulthood, these exposures were associated with further changes indicating an increased risk for developing mammary tumors.[11]  Low dose exposure of GBH to postnatal female rats led to long term changes in mammary gland structure in adulthood. These changes included an increase in the percent of mammary ductal cells with hyperplasia (increased proliferation) as well as morphological changes indicative of a pre-cancer state.[12]

While unfortunately this study did not look at mammary gland outcomes, the exposure of pregnant rats to GBH led to reproductive problems in the daughter pups of those pregnant dams, and structural congenital anomalies, delayed fetal growth and increased placental weight in the granddaughters (F2 generation) of the dams, even though the daughters were only exposed to GBHs during gestation.[13] Whether these transgenerational effects would be found in altered mammary gland structure and function, as well as risk for tumor development, remains to be studied.

Exposure of hormone receptor positive (ER+) human breast cells (MCF-7) in culture to commercial GBHs led to an increase in estrogen-induced cell proliferation. On the other hand, additives found in addition to glyphosate in commercial GBH formulations, did not activate the estrogen pathways in the MCF-7 cells.[14]

In another series of studies using cultured breast cancer cells, short term exposures of very low doses of GBH (Roundup) led to disruption of the cell cycle and DNA repair mechanisms in both estrogen receptor positive (MCF-7) and estrogen receptor negative (MDA-MB-468) cells.[15] Thus while glyphosate, alone, leads to increases in cell proliferation in this laboratory model, use of GBHs containing both the glyphosate and the additives found in Roundup, leads to cell death.

Who is most likely to be exposed to GBHs?

There are relatively few studies documenting glyphosate and GBH levels in people, and the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) does not include glyphosate or its commercial products in the library of chemicals it tests for in human urine and serum. Those studies that have been conducted indicate that agricultural workers who are exposed to GBHs, and their family members have significant body burdens of the chemicals, as do people who live in the general area where crops are sprayed. For people living in comparable areas, children have higher levels than do adults.[16]

Since there is not regular NHANES or other large-scale measurement of glyphosate and GBH levels, less is known about levels in the general population although a few studies have found measurable levels in urine sample from non-occupationally exposed people, including pregnant women.[17]

Who is most vulnerable to the health effects of GBHs?

Anyone exposed to glyphosate-based herbicides is susceptible to the endocrine-disrupting effects of the chemical. Glyphosate acts through estrogenic pathways suggesting that exposures during critical periods of breast development (e.g., gestation, early childhood, adolescence, pregnancy) may lead to deleterious effects on later risk for developing breast cancer.

What are the top tips to avoid exposure to glyphosate-based herbicides?

  • If outside in agricultural areas, wear fitted protective clothing including long sleeves, pants, boots, gloves and masks when exposed to pesticides containing toxic chemicals. Clothing made of synthetic material is more resistant to penetration by herbicides, and non-organic cotton may be contaminated by glyphosate.[18],[19]
  • Wash produce well before eating. Where possible, buy USDA certified organic produce, which has not been treated with pesticides or herbicides. This includes oats, soy and other beans, in addition to fruits and vegetables.

The War Will Not Be Forgotten

this is the fundamental patriachry paradigm of divide and conquer. . .
The War Against the Unvaxxed Will Not Be Forgotten

Fomenting hatred is a tool of tyrants, and over the past two years, political leaders, agency heads, academics, medical professionals and media personalities alike have publicly encouraged hatred and violence and wished painful death upon anyone who didn’t want to be part of the medical experiment that is the COVID jabs.

In an eloquent Medium post, journalist Susan Dunham summarizes the lessons (hopefully) learned from hating and attacking the unvaccinated:1

“The mandates have let up, and both sides stumble back into something that looks like the old normal — except that there is a fresh and present injury done to the people we tried to break. And no one wants to talk about it.

Only weeks ago, it was the admitted goal of our own leaders to make life unlivable for the unvaccinated. And as a deputized collective, we force-multiplied that pain, taking the fight into our families, friendships, and workplaces. Today, we face the hard truth that none of it was justified — and, in doing that, uncover a precious lesson.

It was a quick slide from righteousness to cruelty, and however much we might blame our leaders for the push, we’re accountable for stepping into the trap despite better judgement.

We knew that waning immunity put vast numbers of the fully vaccinated on par with the shrinking minority of unvaccinated, yet we marked them for special persecution. We said they hadn’t ‘done the right thing’ by turning their bodies over to state care — even though we knew that principled opposition to such a thing is priceless in any circumstance ...

And so it was by the willful ignorance of science, civics, and politics that we squeezed the unvaccinated to the degree that we did ... [W]e cannot hold our heads high, as if believing we had logic, love, or truth on our side while we viciously wished death upon the unvaccinated. The best we can do is sit in the awareness of our rabid inhumanity for having cast so many aside ...

[B]etting against them has been a scathing embarrassment for many of us who’ve now learned that the mandates only had the power we gave them. It was not through quiet compliance that we avoided endless domination by pharmaceutical companies and medical checkpoints at every doorway.

It was thanks to the people we tried to tear down ... We took the bait by hating them, but their perseverance bought us the time to see we were wrong. It seems right now like the mandates will return, but this time there’s hope that more of us will see them for what they are: a rising authoritarianism that has no concern for our wellbeing.”

Surprising Health Benefits of Black Raspberries

Surprising Health Benefits of Black Raspberries | GreenMedInfo | Blog

Blackberries and black raspberries look much the same, but all raspberries have a hollow core once they are off the vine, while blackberries have a non-hollow white or green core. Black raspberries have double the anthocyanins and nearly three times the antioxidant levels of blackberries.

Blackberries are unique because they have almost three times the vitamin K level as both raspberry varieties (see Table 1 for the differences between black raspberries, blackberries and red raspberries).

Antioxidants have been shown to fight cancer, heart disease and age-related decline.[ii]  Anthocyanins, which give the black raspberry its rich dark purple color, protect against oxidative stress and are natural antioxidants.[iii] In addition to their antioxidant properties, black raspberries have chemopreventive, anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective[iv] effects and can lower the risk for breast[v] and colorectal cancers[vi] and cardiovascular diseases.[vii],[viii]

In the most recent scientific findings, researchers have discovered that black raspberries are also highly effective in fighting oral cancers, preventing diabetes, lowering blood pressure, managing weight, alleviating skin allergies and decreasing bone loss.

Billions of GMO Mosquitoes in the Florida Keys

Florida Approves Release of Billions of GMO Mosquitoes - Sustainable Pulse

FDACS’ approval came despite unresolved public health and environmental concerns raised by scientists, public health experts and environmental groups about potential impacts of the release. The data from Florida’s 2021 field trial release of genetically engineered mosquitoes in the Florida Keys still has not been made public or reviewed by independent scientists.

“We should all be very concerned about an EPA that forgets its middle name, protection, with this approval. Our public trust is abused by Oxitec’s lack of scientific transparency and no independent scientific investigation from EPA to show this experimental insect will not create infinitely more problems than it will solve,” said Barry Wray, Director of Florida Keys Environmental Coalition. The EPA has behaved as if it is in partnership with Oxitec, disregarding the company’s history of deception and allowing a lobbyist to meet with former EPA Administrator Pruitt. “It is ethically repugnant to release these mosquitoes.”

Fwd: The Liver

Organic Solutions
Volume 7 – Issue 3
The Liver

Are you feeling sick?

Do you have any physical illness that's been hanging around for ages?

If your answer to either of the above two questions is "yes", then I can say without reservation that you have a problem with your Liver.  I recommend at least one Liver Cleanse a year using my Liver Formula and Tea.

Both of these support, and detoxify this vital organ.

The most important organ in the entire body is the Pituitary Gland which is located in the back central part of the Brain.

This organ is responsible for keeping us fit and young, and is also the communications center that gives orders to all the other glands and pushes them to do their jobs.

The Pituitary is the "Command Center" for the entire human body.  But, it is also a very neglected organ, and I refer you to my article on "The Brain" to learn how to keep it healthy and in shape.

The second most important organ in the body is the Liver which is located just behind the lower right hand side of your rib cage.  This is the organ that corrects and detoxifies all of the organs and glands in the body. It is the only organ that contributes to keeping the Pituitary in good shape.

The two of them work hand in hand to "Establish & Organize" (the Pituitary) and "Detoxify & Correct" (the Liver).

And even though the Pituitary may be the most neglected organ, the most abused is the Liver.  More junk food is thrown at a person's Liver on a daily basis than you would really care to confront.

Soooooooo, when you keep consuming toxic laden foods day after day, the Liver gets to a point where it is just too busy trying to survive on its own, and no longer has the ability to correct all the other organs and glands in the body which is supposed to be its main job.

The next thing you know you're sick with one or more of a thousand diseases.

All the Pesticides, Hormones, Steroids, and Genetic modifications found in our commercial food products nowadays is nothing short of criminal and it is obvious that the FDA, in its worship of Big Pharma and the Buck, has long ago betrayed its trust to the American people.

They are truly guilty of Treason at the highest level.  Hundreds of thousands of people die each year because of their lack of responsibility, their suppression of the natural health movement, and their slavish devotion to the Giant Pharmaceutical companies and their own profits.

But where does the buck really stop???

Wellllllllll, you may not want to hear this my friends, but it actually stops with you.

You are responsible for the condition you are in regardless of "what has been done to you".  Isn't it time you grabbed the reins back and started taking charge of your own health?

There's no sense in playing the role of "victim" and blaming the medical doctors for the physical condition you are in.

Who decided to go to them in the first place???

Yours in Knowledge, Health and Freedom,

Doc
